Fees & Charges

The following fees are indicative only and may vary depending on site conditions, location, system complexity, and regulatory requirements. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Wastewater Design Services

From $2,000.00 + GST

This service includes:

Initial site visit and site assessment

Draft wastewater system design and layout plan

Supporting technical documentation suitable for Building Consent (BC) and/or Resource Consent (RC) applications

Up to five (5) Requests for Further Information (RFI) consultations with Council or Consent Authorities

Additional services outside the above scope will be charged at the professional services rate of $95.00 + GST per hour.

Travel costs may apply.

Wastewater Resource Consent (RC) Renewals

From $1,200.00 + GST

This service includes:

Initial site visit

Compliance assessment and reporting

Identification of any non-compliance and recommended remedial actions (if required)

Any return site visits, reinspections, or additional reporting required beyond the initial scope will be charged at the professional services rate of $95.00 + GST per hour.

Travel costs may apply.

Wastewater System Assessments

From $200.00 + GST

This service includes:

Site assessment of an existing wastewater system

General condition and performance review

Wastewater System Servicing & Maintenance

From $250.00 + GST

This service includes (where practicable):

Initial site visit establishments + 1st hour on site

Pump lift, cleaning, and inspection

Float switch and alarm testing

Filter cleaning

Control box inspection

Field inspection and system flush

Any remedial works, repairs, or additional labour required will be charged at the service rate of $85.00 + GST per hour.

Replacement parts, materials, and consumables are additional.

Wastewater Consultancy Services

Professional Services Rate: $95.00 + GST per hour

Consultancy services include, but are not limited to:

Technical advice and system troubleshooting

Council liaison and compliance support

Consent-related advice and documentation

Independent professional opinions
